A man was killed this morning doing work on a farm, when the tractor he was driving flipped over.
The Washington County Sheriff's office was called to the accident at a farm on County Route 43 in the town of Kingsbury at about 11:15 this morning.
Authorities say 62-year-old Terrence Irwin was driving a 1969 International 656 tractor and towing two wagons loaded with hay.
Officials say Irwin lost control going down a small hill, and the wagons jack-knifed, causing the tractor to flip over and Irwin was pinned underneath.
Another worker nearby rushed over and tried in vain to get him out with another piece of equipment.
Irwin was pronounced dead at the scene.
