CLIFTON PARK - A man shot outside his home by a state trooper, has been indicted by a grand jury on several felony charges.
Police responded to the Cardinal Court home last month for a report of a man with a gun.
When Douglas Stewart III wouldn’t drop the rifle, police shot him.
Prosecutors say Stewart had two handguns with no permit.
He faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
