SCHENECTADY - Two brothers from Schenectady are accused of selling fake tickets to a Phish concert on Craig’s List.
Carlton Turner and Omar Turner are charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of a forged instrument.
They allegedly sold two bogus tickets to the show in Glens Falls later this month for $200.
When police learned about the fake tickets, they say they contacted the turners and arranged to buy four more for $350.
After the sale, the Turners were arrested.
Police say the forged tickets appear to be full page printouts from Ticketmaster.
