No paycheck for a Johnstown Police Officer, charged with rape.

Adam Schwabrow is now on unpaid administrative leave for 30 days.

He had been suspended with pay following his arrest last month.

Schwabrow is accused of having sex with a 16-year-old girl.

He appeared in court today, where his case was adjourned until November 21.

Schwabrow is also the emergency management director in Montgomery County.

He's on administrative leave from that position.
