“Fresh Harvest” Apple Cupcake

Your Favorite Cupcake Recipe in Red Bake Cups
Vanilla Frosting Tinted Red
Mini Chocolate–Covered Doughnuts
Red Decorating Sugar
Tootsie Rolls and Green Jolly Rancher Chews
Prepare batter and fill bake cups about two-thirds full.
Bake and cool your cupcakes.
Time to assemble!!!
Level the top of the cake by removing the crown with a knife.
Frost the base of cupcake lightly with the prepared red frosting.
Taking a chocolate covered doughnut, stand it on its side and slice the doughnut in two equal halfs. Each half should be a circle.
Place one half of the doughnut on top of the cupcake base.
Completely frost the cupcake with the red frosting filling in any gaps. Scoop out the frosting from inside the doughnut hole to create the top of the apple.
Sprinkle the top of cupcake with the red decorating sugar.
Shape the tootsie roll candy into the stem of the apple and place on top.
Using the Green Jolly Rancher Chews create leaves for the top.
The “Fresh Harvest” Cupcakes are complete. These fresh baked apple cupcakes will tempt anyone you share them with.
