HALFMOON – A new town supervisor has been elected in Halfmoon.

Republican Kevin Tollisen ran unopposed.

He will take over for the embattled Mindy Wormuth.

Last month she surrendered to the feds.

Wormuth is accused of stealing $6,000 from her campaign fund and lying about an alleged bribe.

She's refused to resign.
