Three arrested in Albany County, charged with drug possession

Three people are facing drug possession charges after police say they pulled into the New Scotland Town Hall looking for directions.

According to police, driver Daniel Hahn, 30, of Fort Edward and Bradley Cormack, 25, of Warrensburg and Shannon Murphy, 21, of Glens Falls pulled into to the New Scotland Town Hall around 2:30 a.m. Sunday. When they spoke with police they said they were lost.

During the investigation, police say they uncovered crack cocaine, marijuana and a scale. Police say they also found a small amount of crack cocaine hidden on Murphy. All three were taken to the Albany County Sheriff's public safety building.

Each is charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and possession of marijuana. They were arraigned in the Town of New Scotland Court.
