SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - A Berkshire County murder suspect can be referred to as a member of the Hell's Angels during trial.

A judge ruled the reference is allowed at Adam Lee Hall's trial, despite objections from Hall's attorney.

The trial is being held in Springfield due to all the publicity the case has received in Berkshire County.

Hall and two other men are charged with shooting David Glasser, Edward Framptom and Robert Chadwell in Pittsfield in 2011.

Prosecutors say Hall wanted Glasser dead so he wouldn't testify against him in another case.

They say the other two were killed to eliminate witnesses.

Opening statements begin Monday.
