A man has pleaded guilty to trying to kidnap two UAlbany students back in October.

Anthony Collins, 54, was arrested back in October after police and witnesses reported he tried to kidnap two woman in broad daylight, at a bus stop near UAlbany's Downtown Campus.

In at least one case, one of the attempted kidnappings was caught on camera, and a passerby was able to intervene. Neither of the women were hurt.

Collins faces up to 12 years in prison when he is sentenced in March.
