TROY - The owners of Kokopellis Night Club are going to sue the city of Troy.
They say police officers were racist and used excessive force while breaking up a massive fight on January 25.
Joe and Barry Glick accuse the police department of harassing their patrons since the brawl, and say authorities are trying to shut them down.
Police deny their actions were motivated by race.
Eight officers were hurt during the brawl.
Several people have been arrested.
