Two protective, loving, older sisters waited anxiously for their brother to arrive to a big surprise outside the mall. This day and this wish have been in the works for a while.
"He's wanted this for a long time," said Jenna Saunders.
"I was the one who called Make A Wish and granted the wish for him," added Jessica Saunders.
Randy Saunders was led to believe the Make A Wish Foundation wouldn't be able to fulfill his long time dream -- an air conditioned camper to enjoy with the entire family.
So the 15-year-old from Ballston Spa thought he was going to have dinner with his family and come up with a new wish.
As the limo pulls up to the camper, the balloons and all the people, it all starts to sinks in. Well, sort of.
"I think it was amazing. I was in shock. Still kind of am," said Randy.
Randy suffers from a rare and serious skin disorder that doesn't allow him to spend much time in the heat and sun. It's always made camping very difficult. But that won't be a problem anymore, thanks to Albany RV and the Make A Wish Foundation.
"It means the world really. They didn't have to do this. That's what means the most to me," Randy said.
He plans to go camping with his parents, two sisters and twin brothers almost every weekend this summer. He says his favorite spot is Moreau Lake State Park.
