Eating two large meals a day, rather than several smaller ones, may be the key to losing weight for Type 2 Diabetics.
That's according to researchers in the Czech Republic.
They studied two groups of diabetic adults.
One group ate two large meals a day.
The other ate six small meals.
Both consumed the same amount of calories.
The researchers found those who ate two meals lost three pounds more than the multiple-meal group.
They also lost more inches from their waistline.
