TROY - Troy Police were called to a large fight on 6th Avenue.

They say dozens of teenagers were involved in that fracas on 6th Avenue, just below 102nd Street, but when officers began showing up just before 4 p.m. the crowd scattered.

One shirtless 13-year old male was tackled and briefly handcuffed by officers, they say, to prevent him from going after someone else.

He did not appear to be injured.

Just a short while earlier, Troy Police responded to reports of shots fired on 10th Street.

A witness says a man in an SUV chased a girl down the street and up on the sidewalk.

The girl's cousin fired a shot at the SUV as it sped away.
