Flavored nicotine makers challenged

Several companies now challenging the makers of flavored nicotine.

They accuse the manufacturers of using their brand names, like Thin Mint, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Tootsie Roll and other flavors to appeal to children.

The FDA has proposed regulating e-cigarettes, but has not banned fruit or candy flavors.

The companies like general mills and tootsie roll industries are now threatening legal action.
